Design patterns
Our fillings can be a unique and unmistakable part of your project. Fillers have a number of uses (see also Custom design). We offer standard services from design through manufacture and assembly documentation to delivery and coordination with the assembly company.
Materials and finishes
We use a wide range of materials for the production of design fillings and tiles: aluminum and steel sheets with PES, PUR-PA and PVDF surface treatment, composite panels (bonds), high-pressure laminates (HPL), fiber-cement boards, Cor-Ten. We process materials by machining on CNC milling machines, punching presses and laser cutters.
Type designs for your inspiration
On the following pages we present a list of sample fillings with perforations. You can choose one of our patterns, or create your own unique perforation pattern. We use drawings in DXF/DWG format as a basis for our work. We adapt the patterns to the required sizes. You can choose a reinforced and hemmed pattern, or just a perforated panel itself. If you wish, we can also design a continuous pattern across several panels without interruption. In addition, panels do not have to be just rectangular, but can also be in other shapes. The price is calculated individually, on the basis of specific requirements.
